You can learn and practice these thinking strategies too.

This workshop includes:

  • checking how closely your current thought habits align with the thinking patterns that are most strongly associated with resilience
  • ways to tackle the worry loops and shift them to constructive action planning
  • the cognitive / thinking strategies that increase stress hardiness, the growth mindset, recovery from adversity, and thriving despite the pressure of challenging situations/circumstances

This two-hour workshop meets online from 7:00 – 9:00 pm.
