AHL services to continue as normal
To our valued clients,
As you may have heard the University of Guelph has suspended classes as of March 16th and classes will go online March 23rd for the rest of the semester.

The University is open and Lab Services and AHL will continue service as normal.
AHL and COVID-19
AHL is investigating testing options for SARS COV-2; however, since there is no confirmed evidence of transmission or clinical disease in animals, we are not offering SARS COV-2 PCR testing at this time.

Easter Holiday Weekend
To all clients
AHL will be on Statutory holiday / Sunday hours on Friday April 10, 2020. Specimen Room will be open for receiving 9AM-5PM (sample drop off available 24/7).
Saturday will be operating on regular Saturday hours and services (Bacteriology and Clinical Pathology) and Sunday, as above for Sunday services again.
Monday April 13, 2020 - AHL Guelph and AHL Kemptville will be open - business as usual.
Kemptville is closed on Good Friday April 10, 2020

Family Day Monday February 17, 2020
Monday February, 17, 2020 is a STAT holiday there will be no testing done at the Animal Health Laboratory.
Specimen Reception at the Animal Health Laboratory - Guelph location will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for receiving specimens and for out-of-hours emergency necropsies only (call first).
The Animal Health Laboratory Kemptville will be closed.

LabVantage LIMS shutdown Sept 6 (6pm) to Sept 8
The AHL is currently using LabVantage 6 as our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). Many of you are familiar with our LIMS from using online e-forms or online submission result look-up.
From 6 PM on Friday September 6th to finish on Sunday September 8th we will be upgrading LabVantage 6 to the latest version - LabVantage 8
Monday September 2 - Labour Day
The Animal Health Laboratory Guelph, will be open 9-5 for receiving specimens and out-of-hours emergency necropsies only.
