1) Agar slant, culture plate. 2) Anaerobic bacterial transport medium (swab). 1+2) Store at room temperature.

Additional Information

C. perfringens culture must be performed to obtain isolates before this testing can be done. If culture is done at the AHL, an additional charge will apply.
