C. perfringens culture must be performed to obtain isolates before this testing can be done. If culture is done at the AHL, an additional charge will apply. When considering making autogenous bacterin, email the lab at ahlbact@uoguelph.ca in advance of requesting this testing to make sure that this test will be done on individual colonies.
