Place slides into rigid slide holders to prevent breakage. Do not package with formalin fixed tissue or freezer packs.Collection Protocol
Label each slide individually with the site sampled. Labelling the slide holders is not sufficient. A maximum of 5 slides is accepted. *Submission of additional slides will result in an additional charge of $5 per slide.Additional Information
