Collection Protocol

Cell line should not have any trypsin present and the cultures should be grown for a minimum of a wk without antibiotics. That growth period should be longer if potent broad-spectrum antibiotics such as gentamicin or kanamycin were added to the growth medium. The medium should not be changed for at least 4 d prior to testing.
