Profile:

Craig grow up in the small town of Elmira, ON. His extended family was in the dairy industry and he spent his summers working on his grandparents dairy farm in his youth. When he was older he worked on poultry farms, both egg and boilers. Craig has also worked in the retail sector in hardware and farm supply areas.

Craig is currently living in Winnipeg, Manitoba where he is Assistant Professor of Business and Organizational Administration in the Redekop School of Business at Canadian Mennonite University.
