Edward Asiedu is currently an M.S.c graduate of the Department of Food, Agricultural, and Resource Economics, and he comes from Ghana. He holds a First Class undergraduate degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ghana, Legon. His research interest spans a wide range of agricultural issues, which is reflective of his undergraduate training in Soil Science, Crop Science (Genetics) and a specialization in Agricultural Economics. Specific research interest he's developed over time, inter alia includes production economics, consumer behaviour and perception, food aid, agricultural finance and marketing. However, in addition to these specific interest, environmental and resource economics is one area of interest he's yet to develop.
