Have you noticed your grocery bills getting higher and you’ve been wondering why?

Join us as we discuss food prices and budgeting with Dr. Simon Somogyi. Simon is the University of Guelph’s lead researcher on Canada’s Food Price Report and he’ll be providing insight into why food prices have been rising. He’ll also share ideas on what foods are most cost-effective. Based on Simon’s recommendations, Chef Megan Johnston will be put to the test to prepare a budget-friendly meal.
