Join the Hospitality Leadership Certificate (HLC) - Class of 2023.

Delivered by North America's lead educators, the certificate blends Cornell University's on-line learning with a 3-day workshop (May 14 - 17, 2023) at the University of Guelph in Guelph, Ontario.  

Customized for mid to senior level professionals, core courses include Leading Collaborative Teams, Services Marketing Planning & Management and Understanding Financial Statements, plus a choice of two electives courses in: 

  • Advanced Revenue Management 
  • Financial Management 
  • Services Marketing 
  • Food, Beverage & Restaurant Management 

The five on-line courses are 2-weeks in length and offered either once or twice a month starting this September. Complete your on-line courses by May 2023.
