Landscape Architecture Guest Speaker:  Daniel Jackson, UofG MLA Alumnus and Senior Master Planner / Landscape Architect with ProSlide Technology Inc.

Daniel will introduce the opportunities for Landscape Architects within the theme park and water park industry.

Bio:
Daniel is a Senior Master Planner and Landscape Architect with ProSlide Technology Inc., the global leader in water park design and slide manufacturing. Graduating from the University of Guelph in 2009, he has worked in consulting firms in Edmonton, Toronto and Hong Kong completing projects around the world including water/theme park master planning, theme development, resort and leisure environments, golf courses, and urban design. He now leads ProSlide Master Planning for Asia-Pacific, designing water parks and supporting business development throughout the region. Daniel’s design philosophy centers on instilling a story to each landscape created and designing all elements to invoke experiential responses to those within the space.
