SEDRD is hosting an Introductory GIS for the Planning Profession workshop on April 15th, organized by Prof. Mollie Kuchma, Professor in Rural Planning and Development.
Summary of some of the topics that will be covered includes:
- What is GIS
- How GIS is used in practice
- Key concepts and terminology
- How to make a simple map, etc.
This is a free event for SEDRD graduate students; however, registration is required. Please use the Qualtrics link to register by April 12th.
