BLA Exchange / Study Abroad Information Session

Exchange | Study Abroad Information Session for Landscape Architecture Students Required for 2nd Year BLA students applying for exchange in the 16/17 academic year.  Wednesday, September 28, 2016 @  1:00 pm Room 143 Landscape Architecture A representative from the Centre for International Programs (CIP) will be giving one of CIP’s mandatory sessions required of all students thinking of going on exchange.  Melinda Vanryn, BLA Counsellor will also be available to answer questions.

The appointment(s) will be at the rank of Assistant Professor, commensurate with qualifications and experience. SEDRD Symposium featuring Dr. Ryan Gibson and Dr. Sheri Longboat

Please join us on Friday, September 16th at 2:00 pm for the School of Environmental Design and Rural Development's Symposium to introduce SEDRD's newest faculty members. Talks will take place in Room LA143. Dr. Ryan Gibson will present a talk entitled "Re-embedding Wealth? Place, Philanthropy, and Policy."  Dr. Sheri Longboat will present "First Nations Water Security and Collaboration." A reception will follow at 3:00 pm in the Landscape Architecture Pit Foyer.  All welcome to attend.

The Fall 2016 Graduate Teaching Assistantship (GTA) positions have now been posted. The deadline for applications is August 8th. You must apply online at www.uoguelph.ca/sessional_ta/ in order to be considered for a position. You must be logged into the site in order to apply for the positions (or create a profile if you have not already done so). Instructions are on the home page.
