Although the transition from peri-menopause to menopause is a normal part of every woman’s life, many of the changes can be very disruptive. It doesn't have to be that way!  Women may experience symptoms of peri-menopause beginning in their early 40's and continue to experience symptoms into their 50’s. Simple nutritional and lifestyle modifications can have a big impact on the experience of menopause and beyond.

Let’s change the narrative on menopause to make it a time of empowerment and personal growth.

During this seminar, we will discuss the following:

  • Identify the common symptoms of peri-menopause/menopause and how they affect our body.
  • Review evidence informed tools to address common concerns including hot flashes, disruptions in mood, sleep and concentration.
  • Discuss life after menopause – Reviewing risk factors for osteoporosis and cardiovascular disease.
  • Answer questions

Register now! You can submit questions when your register that will be answered during the talks. We look forward to this enlightening discussion with you!

About the Facilitator:
