The Pilates method focuses on core strengthening, breath, and alignment.  This well-known exercise technique helps participants gain awareness of body alignment while strengthening key core and pelvis muscles to support posture and heatlhy spinal movement.   Exercises will be modified for any known injuries. Please note that the class begins at 12:10 p.m. and ends at 12:50 p.m. When you show-up at Athletics, front-desk staff will direct you to change rooms and the location of the class.

The Mental Health First Aid Course is a 2 day course that provides participants with the skills and knowledge to help people better manage potential or developing mental health problems in themselves, a family member, a friend or a colleague. Program Focus: MHFA teaches participants to recognize the symptoms of mental health problems, how to provide initial help and strategies for how to guide a person towards appropriate professional help.
