Grab your skates and head down to the Gryphon Centre Arena for a recreational skate. Skating is a great way to take a break in the day. Hosted by Athletics & Recreation for staff and faculty to attend as part of Wellness @ Work. Helmets recommended. No skate rentals are available.
Need your skates sharpened? You can get them sharpened at Gryph’s Pro Shop in the Arena. They will be open for skate sharpening from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm on Wellness @ Work skate days and the charge is $9.00.

Please know that absolutely no artmaking experience is required, and you can participate with simple art materials available around your home.
