Grab your skates and head down to the Gryphon Centre Arena for a recreational skate to take a break in the day. Hosted by Athletics & Recreation for staff and faculty to attend as part of Wellness @ Work. Helmets are recommended and staff and faculty should bring their U of G cards. Attendees will need to sign a waiver before entering the rink.

This is why it is so important for us to practice self-care strategies and to nurture the positive relationships and connections in our lives. This one hour session will increase participant’s awareness and understanding of the psychological impacts of isolation and loneliness while highlighting factors that can promote and preserve their health and well-being.
