Volunteers are needed for SummerFest- a U of G community event on campus which started just last year and includes live music, food trucks, and fun activities for kids and families of all ages.

The planning committee are looking for lots of volunteers, who are needed for tasks including set-up, takedown, monitoring entrances to Johnston Green and parking lots, greeting guests as they arrive, etc. to help make this event a success!

Please consider:

  1. Promoting this great family-friendly 'kick off to summer' event (and hope you'll bring family and friends)
  2. Volunteering (older/teen aged kids might enjoy this opportunity for their volunteer hours as well!)
  3. Sharing this information with your networks to spread the word far and wide

For more information about SummerFest, the bands, food trucks, activities, how to sign up as a volunteer, etc., please visit: https://www.uoguelph.ca/summerfest/

Thank you for considering volunteering, and/or bring your family out to this great event!
