HR Learning & Development would like to wish you a healthy and productive 2019! To start off the year on a helpful note, we would like to share an idea. Rather than making resolutions, that may be difficult to stick to, how about choosing to build your skills and connect with others at the University! We make it easy for you by providing you with a large selection of topics.

Highlighted below are just a few of the programs being offered over the next few months.

GOAL 2.0 CORE PRACTICES TRAINING FOR LEADERS is for all supervisors and managers at the University who will be using the GOAL 2.0 Performance Success Framework recently introduced across campus. This one-day training will provide you with the opportunity to learn and practice skills for Quality Conversations.

For managers and supervisors who want to take their Quality Conversations to the next level and/or have questions about mastering the utilization of GOAL 2.0, consider registering for one or all four of the GOAL 2.0 MASTER CLASS SERIES FOR LEADERS sessions.

GROW THROUGH CHANGE, a core program for all University of Guelph employees, begins Jan. 24.  This program helps individuals to be open to and effectively navigate through the challenges of change.
