This Winter, join in a weekly yoga practice with the U of G Yoga and Meditation Collective

U of G Yoga and Meditation Collective's new WINTER semester Yoga Practice continues with some changes in programming. Let’s clear our minds with the breath, strengthen our bodies with movement, and ease into some beautiful Winter semester yoga poses.   

Everyone is welcome! No Experience is Required. Note: Try not to eat at least an hour before your yoga practice.

Winter 2023 Weekly Yoga Classes

In-Person Class: Tuesday 12-1 PM (PCH, UC, Level 0, RM 001B (Wing B)) - Joanne

Online Classes

  • Monday. 8-9 PM (Yin Yoga) - Raj
  • Tuesday. 12-1 PM - Tatiana
  • Wednesday. 6-7 AM - Cary
  • Thursday. 12-1 PM - Raj
