Fall 2023 Yoga Programming Schedule
This Fall, practice yoga weekly with the U of G Yoga and Meditation Collective.
Everyone is welcome! No Experience is Required. Note: Try not to eat at least an hour before your yoga practice.
Fall 2023 Weekly Yoga Classes
In-Person Class: Tuesday 12-1 PM (PCH, UC, Level 0, RM 001B (Wing B))
- Monday. 8-9 PM (Yin Yoga)
- Wednesday. 6-7 AM
- Thursday. 12:00-12:20pm
Want more out of your lunch hour on Thursdays?
Join the Yoga and Meditation collective online at Noon ET on Thursdays for a 20-minute Mindful Movement that can be done at your desk or on your mat. Connect with your mind and body to recharge/reset your day.
All are welcome. Invite friends or colleagues and practice together!
