Fitness and Fun with your Colleagues

Do you have a group of colleagues who want to get more active or begin a fitness journey? Did you know that the components of the Healthy Workplace Standard are:  Physical, Psychological, Community, and Social.   Being active with colleagues checks all these boxes! 

Athletics has a private small group program designed to teach proper and safe use of resistance machines and free weights, which will help you feel confident and see results. All sessions take place in the NRG Zone, our NEW training studio. This space provides a private training experience, creating a safe learning environment or a place to push yourself to the next level. 

You can book the space exclusively for your group for an hour, with your own personal trainer to create and instruct a program for your group.  It’s a great way to enjoy fun and fitness, and bond with your co-workers!  Physical, Psychological, Community, and Social!

Cost: $65 per person - once per week for six weeks! 

Minimum 4; maximum 8. 

Time and day of the week is booked based on availability.
