Registrarial Services

The University of Guelph's Registrarial Services include several organizations such as Enrolment Services, Student Financial Services, and Admission Services. Admission services is for future/prospective students, and enrolment services is for both new and current undergraduate students.

Below are some useful links to some important services provided by the University.

Enrolment Services

  • Academic calendars: Academic calendars outline the requirements for each degree program and specialization. Pay careful attention to your calendar, as you must meet the requirements outlined therein to graduate!
  • Schedule of dates: Here you can find all important dates and deadlines for each semester. These include deadlines for payments, graduation application deadlines, holidays, and more.
  • Exam schedules: Provides the dates and times of exams once they are determined.
  • Graduation: Instructions and links about applying for graduation and other graduation-related procedures.
  • Registration Guide for New Students: An extremely useful resource for all first-year and new students.
  • Summer Semesters: Consider checking out the information about summer semesters, especially if you are taking D.E. (online) courses.
  • Transcripts: Student transcripts must be obtained by mail or in person. Visit the transcript page to learn more.
  • Forms: All forms including, course waiver forms, request for academic consideration, declaration of minors (called Undergraduate Schedule of Studies Change Form)

Student Financial Services

Student Financial Services provides students with information on tuition and fees as well as a number of options for financial aid. Here are links to a few important pages:

  • Scholarships, bursaries, financial aid, and more: All information of this nature is available through financial services. This also includes information about loans for US students, and grants/awards for undergraduate research.
  • OSAP: All information about OSAP (and changes to it) are available there.
  • Tuition and Fees: Information regarding student finances, including a breakdown of student fees (and what that money goes to).
  • Financial Dates & Deadlines: Make sure that you check these for each semester. Payment for each semester is typically due by the end of the second week of classes. The fee opt-out period is also outlined there.
