The Anita Stewart Memorial Food Lab would like to invite you to attend Deep Dish Dialogues on Thursday May 26. This session focuses on ice cream and we will be joined by Ajoa Mintah of Four All Ice Cream and Douglas Goff of the University of Guelph ice cream technology course. We'll be learning how to make ice cream while also discussing the science involved, entrepreneurship and sustainability. This will be our first hybrid event where we'll have an audience in the Food Lab as well as online.
