Winter 2020 GTA Position Deadline

The Winter 2019 SEDRD Graduate Teaching Assistantship (GTA) positions have now been posted. The deadline for applications is November 4, 2019. In order to be considered for a position, you must apply online at www.uoguelph.ca/sessional_ta/ for each of the positions you are interested in. You must be logged into the site in order to apply for the positions.  Instructions are on the home page. You must use your uoguelph.ca email account or you will not be able to apply. Do not create a new account.

Fall Preview Day & LA Studio Tour 2019

Visit the Bachelor of Landscape Architecture booth at the University of Guelph Fall Preview Day on Sunday, November 3rd. Meet our Bachelor of Landscape Architecture program faculty and student reps.   The Landscape Architecture Studio Drop-Ins will be held from 11:00am - 1:00pm.  Stop by to see the Bachelor of Landscape Architecture studio space, and talk with current students about their design projects.

RPD Alumni Guest Lecture: Indigenous Engagement – A Practitioners Perspective

Stephen Lindley, MSc Rural Planning, USRPD 1983 Stephen Lindley will be speaking about Indigenous engagement from the perspective of his 35 years as a professional planning practitioner working with Indigenous communities across the country.  He will also provide insight into the future of community engagement and trends in engagement practice.  A discussion will follow his presentation.  All are welcome to attend!
