Rural Planning and Development Open House for Prospective Graduate Students

The Rural Planning and Development graduate program at the University of Guelph is hosting an open house for all prospective students on Tuesday, April 4th. The event will be held in the Landscape Architecture building from 4:30 – 6:30 pm and pizza will be provided. At this event, you can expect the following:

School of Environmental Design and Rural Development - Landscape Architecture MLA Master's Thesis Examination Marika Li, a master of landscape architecture candidate in the School of Environmental Design and Rural Development, will defend her thesis on "Designer Robots:  An Early Look at Applications for Artificial Intelligence Visualization Software in Landscape Architecture."

MLA Thesis Defence: Allison Neuhauser

School of Environmental Design and Rural Development - Landscape Architecture MLA Master's Thesis Examination Allison Neuhauser, a master of landscape architecture candidate in the School of Environmental Design and Rural Development, will defend her thesis on "Small Remotely Piloted Aerial Systems in Visual Impact Assessments and Resource Management:  Developing Standards for Landscape Architecture."

4th Year BLA Integrative Design Studio Exhibit 2023

The 4th year Bachelor of Landscape Architecture students will be holding a public display of their final design projects for the LARC*4710 Integrative Design Studio course. Retirement Celebration for Wayne Caldwell

Wayne Caldwell has been a leader, mentor and friend to many across the UofG campus and beyond. He has been a force for the Rural Planning and Development program, the School of Environmental Design and Rural Development, the Ontario Agricultural College, and the University of Guelph. Come join us to celebrate Wayne's upcoming retirement on April 20, 2023, from 2.00-4.00 pm in The Pit of the Landscape Architecture Building.
