Ashleigh Weeden, PhD Candidate in Rural Studies, has published new commentary with the Centre for International Governance Innovation with co-author Dr. Wayne Kelly (Brandon University, Manitoba). The article focuses on the rural/urban digital divide and it’s implications for rural Canada, particularly as underscored by the COVID-19 pandemic, entitled "The Digital Divide has Become a Chasm: Here’s How We Bridge the Gap”.
