Adequate sleep is essential for optimizing mood, memory, weight management, and many other critical physical and emotional functions. This session will focus on understanding the physiology of sleep and how to maximize the quality and quantity of your sleep to support many common health concerns. We will discuss simple strategies to incorporate into your day to help you attain restful sleep.

Listen to your body's anxiety signals...  and respond using powerful strategies to calm down the uncomfortable sensations...    This group program meets once a week for 3 weeks to develop and practice skills in decreasing the uncomfortable sensations of anxiety.

Free Faculty & Staff TRIVIA NIGHT

On Friday Feb 28th after work, Wellness@Work has partnered with Brass Taps to host a FREE TRIVIA NIGHT for faculty and staff. There will be: FREE FOOD – Brass Taps is providing complimentary appetizer platters for groups Drink specials – No pressure to have a drink though! Prizes for the winning teams Trivia will start at 5pm, but you can show up anytime after work.  Maximum of 8 people per team (no minimum).

Recess League is a great way to have a mental wellness break in the middle of the work or school day! Examples of sports that are played in Recess League are 3-on-3 Basketball, Kickball, Nerf, Ultimate Frisbee, Scooter Dodge-ball, and so many more! There is no previous experience required.
