Join our EFAP provider, Homewood Health to explore self-esteem, self-confidence and self-efficacy, all important components of inner strength, as well as the benefits of practicing self-compassion. Participants will be introduced to a variety of theories and concepts around these topics, have the opportunity to complete self-assessments and learn strategies to help build a stronger sense of self.

Join AGG’s Curator of Contemporary Art, Erin Szikora, for a tour of the gallery's summer exhibitions. On the main floor, explore the monumental sculptures of Inuit artist Couzyn van Heuvelen, whose exhibition CAMP considers Inuit cultural sovereignty through the tools and technologies of living on the land. Upstairs, the group exhibition Windfall Light features contemporary artists and works from the AGG's collections to explore summer as a season of rest, renewal, and transformation.
