Chair Yoga is the way to go when you are reluctant to get into the yoga clothes and get on the mat- challenge yourself with Chair yoga.
Celebrate Valentine's Day by joining us on a guided walk while we support our physical well-being and our heart health with some low intensity steady state cardio. Take your break and join us for an hour-long interpretive nature walk as we do a general winter walk through one of the Arboretum's old growth forests.
Please remember to dress for the weather, wear comfortable shoes, and bring your water bottle as needed.

High cholesterol is a major risk factor for: heart disease and stroke, increasing health risks for over a third of North Americans, and raising costs for organizations in lost productivity and healthcare expenses. Fortunately, high cholesterol is largely preventable and treatable with the right diet and lifestyle. This session will examine the risks of different types of fat and cholesterol, and describe how to lower cholesterol levels with a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet.
