As the fall semester nears its end and the growing season slows, this hands-on wellness workshop invites participants to connect with the rhythms of nature through the simple, grounding act of bulb planting. Facilitated by Guinevere Kern, Registered Horticultural Therapist, the session offers participants the choice to plant either garlic (for harvest next summer) or spring-flowering bulbs (for a future bloom), serving as a metaphor for tending to our own cycles of work, rest, and renewal.
