Enhance your mobility, flexibility, and overall movement to support a stronger, more efficient tennis swing. Led by Garrett Watkins, this class combines targeted strength exercises and guided stretching to help improve rotational mobility, stability, balance, and recovery for on-court performance. Whether you are looking to move more freely, build strength, or reduce stiffness and injury risk, this session is suitable for all experience levels.
Join us on June 23, 2026, from 12:10–12:50 p.m. in the NRG Zone located within the Athletics Centre.
Community Connect and Colouring is a relaxed lunchtime gathering for University of Guelph staff and faculty to take a creative break, connect with colleagues, and unwind over adult colouring pages in a welcoming, low-pressure environment. Whether attendees come on their own or with a colleague, the goal is to create a comfortable space for casual connection, quiet creativity, and a bit of midday recharge. Colouring materials will be provided and participants are welcome to bring their own art projects.
Many of us feel overwhelmed by competing work and family demands. This session will help participants identify their key work/life stressors, clarify their values, and develop skills and strategies to effectively prioritize their time and energy.
