For March 2022 the Wellness@Work Programming Committee is focusing on simplifying the wellness calendar. Simplifying parts of our days and the spaces around us can support with increased well-being and reduce emotional overwhelm. Simplifying can mean something different for each individual person, especially with what they may need. For some it can be physically decluttering a space, for others it may be reducing time we spend on certain tasks, or even it could be focusing on what we value and where we wish to focus our energy. When simplifying, consider which dimension of your well-being you might want to focus on and start with something manageable. If you are looking for ideas on how to simplify you can participate in the Simplifying BINGO wellness challenge for this month. You are also encouraged to participate in the Kudoboard created to share small ways that you may decide to simplify. Anyone who posts on the Small Ways to Simplify Kudoboard by March 31st will be entered to randomly win a prize.
