Digital Assessments: Podcasting

Join Joanne O’Meara & Lindsey Robinson in a presentation focused around using Podcasts in Digital Assessments.  

A podcast is a recording that utilizes principles of storytelling to present an argument or share a perspective. Students can create Podcasts using equipment they have at home, proving them the opportunity to develop academic and professional skills in a new mode. Join us as we discuss best applications for podcasts in-course assessment, components of a podcasting assignment, considerations and assistance available for students in creating podcasts. Hear one faculty member’s experience with assigning a podcasting assignment in her course.
