Security Deposit Rates
External rentals - George Luscombe Theatre: $200 per day or $500 per week, Upper or Lower Massey $100 per day or $300 per week
Internal rentals (for all current U of G staff and students) - George Luscombe Theatre $100 per day or $300 per week, Upper or Lower Massey $60 per day or $200 per week
IN ADDITION, THERE IS A FEE OF $15 AN HOUR, FOR A MINIMUM OF 4 HOURS, FOR EVERY USE OF THE GLT THAT INVOLVES THE USE OF EQUIPMENT, IE. CHAIRS, BOX OFFICE, LOBBY, LIGHTS, SOUND AND/OR MEDIA.
Security Deposit – a refundable security deposit is required for all rentals of theatre spaces. This deposit must be given, IN CASH, to Phyllis Reynen firstname.lastname@example.org in the SETS office, 4th floor MacKinnon between 9am and 4:30pm weekdays, as early as possible in order to secure the rental. It will be returned in full, or minus the payment for any damages incurred during the rental.
N.B. If your proposal is approved by the Theatre Facilities and Production Committee, it is important that you set up a meeting with the Technical Co-ordinator, Chris Clifford: email@example.com to discuss the technical aspects of your rental.
