Established in memory of Lillie Ann Beattie and Jeannie Cockburn Beattie. Application is not required. Selection will be based on highest admission average. In the event of a tie, preference will be given first to a student from a rural area and, as a secondary criterion (if needed) to the rural student with the highest overall average in the final year of high school.
