COVID-19 poses unique challenges to individuals who experience anxiety and depression. The uncertainty, social isolation and sometimes sudden and unexpected changes to normal routines, relationships with others, and work and home environments can be especially triggering to those already vulnerable to the effects of anxiety and depression.
