March Meditation Session & Challenge

People who practice meditation or mindfulness express that they experience an increase in concentration, compassion, well-being, and a decrease in stress.    Meditation is also said to improve your memory and ability to focus.    All these benefits for just 5-10 minutes a day!  Folks who participate in longer term meditation have reduced pain, anxiety, and improved general mood.  Come and learn what meditation is and what meditation is not, and then experience a guided meditation.  Join the March Meditation Challenge!
