Beating Workplace Stress

58% of Canadian workers are stressed on a daily basis. In this workshop, participants will learn how to effectively deal with the stress of everyday working life through a series of interactive activities. Participants will gain a better understanding of the difference between maladaptive and productive coping strategies, while becoming equipped with the evidence-based strategies for happier, healthier working lives. Mood Routes Walk

Join us for a new mental health and physical activity program called Mood Routes. This new program (also known as Mood Walks) is initiated by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) and the Centre for Innovation in Campus Mental Health. These walking groups aim to support the mental and physical health of our campus community members by providing them with an opportunity to take a step back from their responsibilities and stresses, engage with their community, and enjoy the healing effects of nature.

Women's Mid-Life Sleep Workshop
