The Wellness@Work Grant Program encourages faculty and staff across all campuses and research stations at the University of Guelph to help promote wellness in their workplace through the implementation of a tailored health‐promoting program, approach or idea in their workplace. Walking Wednesdays

There are many benefits to moving your body at work!  For three Wednesdays in March, Athletics is opening up the walking track to all employees for free. No membership required!  All participants must check-in with Client Services and sign an electronic waiver to access the walking track.  Please bring your clean, indoor walking / running shoes only.    Please adhere to the posted walking track guidelines.

Thousands of courses are available covering hundreds of topics that support employee development, leadership and management development, health and wellness, and technical skills training.

NEW Days - Cancelled

NEW Days are the kick-off to the NEW@the U (New Employee Welcome) program at the University of Guelph. One day at the beginning of 7 months of the year (excludes January, April, July, August and December) has been dedicated to welcoming and connecting our new employees to the University environment and give them a positive start.
