Pilates for All Fitness Levels (Free)
The Pilates method focuses on core strengthening, breath, and alignment. This well-known exercise technique helps participants gain awareness of body alignment while strengthening key core and pelvic muscles to support posture and heatlhy spinal movement.
Exercises will be modified for any known injuries.
Please note that the class will begin at 12:10 p.m. and end at 12:50 p.m.
When you show-up at Athletics, front-desk staff will direct you to change rooms and the location of the class.
