This course includes CPR training for adults, children and babies. It includes choking for conscious and unconscious, adult, children and babies. EpiPen and Naloxone training and certification in AED (automatic external defibrillation). Certification is valid for three years. Wellness@Work will be covering the cost of $60 so it free to attendees.

Scientific studies have shown that 50% of our individual differences in happiness are determined by our genes, 10% by our life circumstances, and 40% by our intentional activities. This one-hour session will introduce participants to some of the research-based “happy habits” that can be adopted to increase levels of happiness and well-being.
