Break the Anxiety-Procrastination Cycle Program $

This 3-session skills program meets online for an hour on 3 consecutive Monday evenings beginning Monday, January 26, 2026 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you often procrastinate when you’re anxious (or when the task increases anxiety), and if in turn the procrastination makes you feel more pressured and anxious, you may be caught in the anxiety-procrastination cycle.  Although many people think that procrastination is a time management issue, most often it is an emotional response. 

Relaxation, NSDR, & Stress Management Skills Program $

Learn powerful, drug free strategies that deeply restore mind/body, calm anxiety, and enhance performance… This skills training program coaches you in a variety of research-based mind/body techniques for unwinding and generating ‘non-sleep deep rest’ (20 minutes), along with effective, brief self-regulation techniques (6 to 30 seconds) for coping well through the midst of challenging situations.

Join AGG’s Curator of Contemporary Art, Erin Szikora, for a tour of AGG's winter exhibitions, highlighting core artistic practices—painting and printmaking—with strong ties to our community and region. On the first floor, In Conversation: Ron Shuebrook & Frances Thomas explores the history of abstraction in painting and how both the Guelph-based Shuebrook and Barrie-based Thomas bring highly personal approaches to this long-standing artistic language.
