Re-discover ancient civilizations.

Explore ancient history, mythology, archaeology, the epics of Homer or Latin literature. Learn Ancient Greek or Latin and cultivate a deeper understanding of democracy. Then, build a career in law, media, or business. Or teach, research, or work in archives, libraries and museums.
 

Experience

  • Our passionate Classics community allows you to build bonds with other students and faculty through the Classics Society and special events
  • Participate in archaeological digs in Turkey, roam the Peloponnese and Saronic Islands in Greece or study abroad for a full year at one of over 100 institutions.
  • You will connect antiquity to modern views such as the use of contraceptives used in Rome, or <will get more example from John Walsh>
  • Complete an independent coursework
