On Saturday, October 14th, 2023, the School of Hospitality, Food & Tourism Management (HFTM) and the University of Guelph Sustainable Restaurant Project (UGSRP) at the University of Guelph will be hosting a conference entitled "Future Proofing Foodservice" focusing on a sustainable future for the foodservice industry.
We are excited to announce the soft opening at PJ's Restaurant on October 17th & 18th from 11:00 am - 1:30 pm!
PJ's is a student-run restaurant located within Lang at the School of Hospitality, Food & Tourism Management in Macdonald Stewart Hall at the University of Guelph. The restaurant is an experiential learning class (HTM*3090 - Restaurant Operations), where third- and fourth-year Hospitality and Touirsm, as well as Nutrition students get a hands-on approach to the development and delivery of food and beverage services.
