If students want to progress more quickly through the program or plan to apply to graduate school, they should complete: 1.00 PSYC credits at the 2000 level. If not taken in the summer semester, they must be completed by the end of semester 4. 

 

Elective Courses:

  • You have space for 8 elective courses between Fall and Winter.
    1. Degree Requirements:
      1. Refer to the Undergraduate Calendar for acceptable Math/Natural Science courses.
      2. The Bachelor of Arts Academic Advising Office (BACO) has put together a page just for first year BA students.
      3. One of your electives could be PSYC1500 Foundational Skills in Psychology. This course will cover Psychology in a Digital World: exploring how psychology helps us understand today’s digital world, including social media and AI, while building critical thinking and research skills for real-world issues.
