Visual Journaling

Back by popular demand!  If you've already done this workshop, please allow new participants to register and participate in this session.  Much of our lives are dominated by the spoken and written word, which requires us to articulate what we think, feel, and believe. By allowing ourselves to express through the visual language of art (which simply requires a willingness to be open and playful), we can learn more about ourselves, care for our thoughts, emotions, and overall wellness in a creative, renewing way.
