Accommodations

In order to keep costs as reasonable as possible, all meals and conference activities will take place on the University of Guelph Campus.  Attendees will need to make their own arrangements for accommodations.  

 

Several options are available:

Room Descriptions

Single Rooms: Traditional style residence room with one twin bed, shared washroom in hallway, clients receive daily maid service and are quoted on a per person per night rate. Complimentary parking is included.

Double Rooms: Traditional style double residence room with two twin beds, shared washroom in hallway, clients receive daily maid service and are quoted on a per person per night rate. Complimentary parking is included.

Student Rooms: Traditional style double residence room with two twin beds, shared washroom in hallway, student rooms do not receive daily maid service and are quoted on a per person per night rate. Complimentary parking is included.

Townhouse Rooms: Townhouse style residence is the only residence with air conditioning and include up to 4 single rooms with one twin bed per bedroom, small kitchenette (dishes, cutlery, pots, etc. not included) & living area, clients receive daily maid service and are quoted on a per person per night rate. Complimentary parking is included.
      

Single Room = $71.00 - $73.50

Double Room = $63.85 - $64.85

Student Room = $48.20 - $49.70

Townhouse Room = $105.00 - $108.00 (3&4 occupants) or $118.00 - $121.00  (1&2 occupants) 

 

b. Blocks of rooms have been reserved in two hotels within 10 minutes walk of the University campus. We suggest that you make your reservations as early as possible – this spring is the University of Guelph’s 50th Anniversary, and hotel rooms are expected to become scarce !

Directions

 
From Toronto's Pearson International Airport, the easiest way of getting to Guelph is through Red Car, a private transportation service from the airport to any location within the City of Guelph.

Waterloo International Airport (Kitchener – There are regular flights between this small airport and Chicago – it is the closest airport to Guelph )
