Simon is the University of Guelph’s lead researcher on Canada’s Food Price Report and he’ll be providing insight into why food prices have been rising. He’ll also share ideas on what foods are most cost-effective. Based on Simon’s recommendations, Chef Megan Johnston will be put to the test to prepare a budget-friendly meal.
