Erna has been a dedicated faculty member to the University of Guelph, Lang School of Business and Economics, and the School of Hospitality, Food and Tourism Management since 1989 in various roles.

We are excited to announce that Monika Kruszka, has joined us as PJ's Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager.
Monika, a Lang HAFA 2019 alum, also graduated in 2020 from the Canadian Food & Wine Institute, specializing in baking & and pastry arts.
