FEB 6: Smart Serve Certification

FEB 5: W'13 Executive-in-Residence: President of Tim Hortons Canada

Each Winter semester, the School invites a successful and prominent industry executive to campus to speak and meet with students. Roland Walton, President, Tim Hortons Canada and also a HAFA graduate is our Executive-in-Residence this semester. You will see him in the School and in classes sharing his experiences from February 26th - 28th.

FEB 1: Master Sommelier to Lecture in HTM Class Monday

Jennifer Huether, the only female Master Sommelier in Canada, and one of only 25 in the world will be arriving on Monday to lecture and hold a tasting in Professor Bruce McAdams’ HTM*4050 wine class.  There are only 3 Master Sommelier’s in all of Canada!  We are very excited for her arrival.
