For Aboriginal Awareness Week at the University of Guelph, October 17 - 21, the Aboriginal Resource Centre is hosting Dr. Kim Anderson, who will present her new book, Life Stages and Native Women: Memory, Teachings and Story Medicine. Kim is a Cree/Métis scholar who completed her PhD in History at the university of Guelph and is now an associate professor at Wilfred Laurier Brantford. There will be a reading and discussion, light refreshments and live music courtesy of Kim and her son, Rajan. The book will also be available to purchase.
